My name is Vanessa and I am professional Licensed Massage Therapist (MA74714) and Life Coach.

My approach to complete wellbeing begins with the current state of Self. Being mindfully attuned, fully paying attention to you as my client, allows me to deliver my sessions as  authentically and efficiently  as possible. Holistically, I tend to your body, mind, and energy.

My sessions are fully customized to you.

What to expect during your Body360 session:

Besides an exceptional therapeutic session, I will arrive about 10 minutes prior to appointment allowing time for set up of massage table, reviewing your intake form with you, and then the settling of yourself onto the table.

What to expect after your Body360 MT session:

It is normal to feel sore especially on focused areas. It is also normal to feel light and relaxed. Please be mindful that several sessions may be needed to reach long term therapeutic goals.

Hydrate plenty (water, of course) post session.
